As of January 1, 2011, Innovations Software Technology changed its corporate name to "Bosch Software Innovations" and now globally operates under the renowned Bosch brand.

Over the past two years, the company has experienced very strong growth under the umbrella of Robert Bosch GmbH, and has expanded and internationalized its presence with office locations in Waiblingen (near Stuttgart), Germany; Chicago, Washington D.C., Palo Alto (California), and Singapore. Its corporate headquarters in Immenstaad, Germany, also grew considerably. By the end of 2010, the company employed over 300 people worldwide.

In addition to the growth of the core business activities for the financial services industry and Business Rules Management, the company has also made great strides in accessing new business markets, such as systems solutions in eMobility, as these areas show great potential for the application of its core technologies.

By associating with the globally established Bosch brand, the name change will strengthen the further international expansion of both our current and prospective business operations. Key to this strategic growth plan is the global marketing and expansion of our solutions portfolio for the financial services industry.
