Management Team Bosch Software Innovations
Dr. Heinz Derenbach
Dr. Heinz Derenbach, who has been responsible for Bosch Software Innovations since its acquisition by Bosch in 2008, joined the Executive Board of the Bosch Software Innovations GmbH on January 1, 2011 and was simultaneously appointed as its chairman. Dr. Derenbach has direct management responsibility for eMobility and other system solutions, technical sales, as well as for the international subsidiaries. Dr. Derenbach, who has a PhD in physics, has held a number of different posts with Robert Bosch GmbH, most recently as Executive Vice President at the internal Information Technology.
Thomas Cotic
Thomas Cotic is a founding member and Managing Director of Bosch Software Innovations GmbH. Prior to Bosch Software Innovations’ launch in 1997, Thomas Cotic, who holds a degree in IT, was on the management team at a technology company focused on intelligent systems. At Bosch Software Innovations, he is responsible for Sales and Customer Projects.
Erica Fölsche
Erica Fölsche has worked at Bosch Software Innovations since 2009. In October 2011, she joined the Executive Board. Overall responsibilities include: Finance and Controlling, Human Resources, Marketing, IT Infrastructure and Applications, and Quality and Data Security Management. Erica began her career at Deutsche Bank and has held various positions within Robert Bosch GmbH since 2002.
Klaus Hüftle
In November 2011, Klaus Hüftle joined the executive management team of Bosch Software Innovations GmbH responsible for sales and marketing. He has held various managerial positions within the Bosch Group. In his previous role, Klaus managed the internal IT department for North and South America.
Thomas Schmid
Thomas Schmid, who holds a degree in engineering, joined the management of Bosch Software Innovations GmbH in December 2008, where he is in charge of Product & Solutions Development. He was previously with the Bosch Group as an IT architect, project manager and department head in software development.
Anuj Jain
Anuj Jain is responsible for Bosch Software Innovations, Asia. He has much experience in solutions sales within the Finance industry in Asia Pacific and held leadership positions at Oracle Financial Services and Nucleus Software. He has successfully architected & contributed to developing multiple start-up operations, including bringing Honda cars to India. With an MBA in Finance, he started his career with ANZ Grindlays Banking Group, India. He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer which explains his love for gadgets.
Shailesh Topiwala
Shailesh Topiwala joined Bosch Software Innovations Corp. in 2011 and is the Managing Director and CEO. Prior to Bosch Software Innovations, Shailesh served as the Vice President of Operations for Bosch VitelCare, a Bosch Group Company, since 2009. Shailesh served in management and strategic positions within Bosch Automotive, Corporate, and Healthcare divisions, since 2000. Shailesh holds an MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy and has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
