Merger of Bosch Software Innovations GmbH and inubit AG

Bosch Software Innovations GmbH and inubit AG will merge to form one company – Bosch Software Innovations GmbH – at the beginning of 2013, subject to the legal approval.

The formal requirements for entry into the commercial register are currently being prepared, so that the merger is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2013.
