BPM & BRM software - solutions for various application scenarios
See how our clients optimized their processes and business rules.
McDonald´s has nearly 1,480 restaurants in Germany, of which around 80 percent are operated by licensees. Until recently, whenever building issues arose, the company relied on a wide range of different communication channels to discuss them with its restaurant operators. Introducing the standardized ODST communication platform and a highly integrated service system based on inubit BPM has allowed the fast-food retailer to increase the transparency of the reporting process and make the ensuing clarification process much more effective.

Casa Editorial El Tiempo
“Prior to the implementation of Visual Rules, we were forced to determine the sales commissions manually using an error-prone Excel model. Visual Rules did not only shorten the process from four days to two hours, it also provides us with quality data.”
Ugo Albarello, Business Architect at El Tiempo
“inubit is an innovative and efficient tool for process automation. Particularly in the sales field, which is highly dynamic and characterized by ever more complex requirements, inubit BPM supports us in adapting our processes in an agile manner and allows us to focus on our core competencies.”
Percy Wippler, Business Unit Manager IT, IDEAL Lebensversicherung a.G.
FRIWO Gerätebau GmbH
In order to improve and stabilize its own market position, FRIWO wants to present itself as innovative company, show its customers new ways and continually improve cooperation. To achieve these goals, FRIWO relies on the electronic exchange of business data via the EAI component of inubit, using the industry standard RosettaNet.
Burda Digital Systems
“Such a heterogeneous and dynamically changing system and user landscape requires a high level of integration by the software. inubit BPM does this and helps us be a reliable and competent IT services provider for our customers today and in the future.”
Thomas Maier, Project Manager, Burda Digital Systems
“We stay more flexible if we integrate our numerous small systems than we would if we adjusted our processes in a monolithic block. If a new system is required because of a new process, we simply connect this system without having to question everything else again.”
Thomas Wisgalla, IT Manager at HL komm
German insurer GVO connects brokers with the BiPRO Server
“No matter what happens – WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.”
For German insurance company GVO, this pledge is now even easier to fulfill. That’s because the insurer started using the Bosch BiPRO Server as an interface for its brokers and broker portals, allowing GVO to quickly and easily exchange data with them. What’s more, the insurer is not concerned about the future. As soon as a new BiPRO standard takes effect, GVO can implement changes simply by updating its software. In turn, the company will no longer need to make costly and time-consuming changes to its existing systems and interfaces.
