Innovations Softwaretechnologie becomes a member of the Bosch Group

The company was chosen to become the core of Bosch’s new software house

The Bosch Group, a leading provider of technology and services with 271,000 employees worldwide, has chosen Innovations Softwaretechnologie GmbH to become the core of a new software company.

Bosch has selected Innovations primarily for its vast technical expertise and its highly qualified and motivated team. In addition to continuing to expand its business to new customers around the world, Innovations will also take part in various software projects within the divisions of the Bosch Group.

Innovations welcomes the involvement of Bosch and the great potential of the combined business. As an international, innovative, and value-driven company, the Bosch Group is the ideal partner for Innovations. After eleven years of success as an independent software enterprise, Innovations is now in a position to strategically and internationally strengthen the company.
