Munich's public utility company implements change processes in measurements punctually with inubit solution
Munich's public utility company (SWM) implements change processes in measurements with the Change-Manager of Bittner+Krull Softwaresysteme GmbH, based on inubit technology. This provides Munich's public utility company with a central platform for checking, managing and processing incoming change requests and for managing the market partner and communication data.
The introduction of new market rules for change processes in measurements last October means that energy providers must fulfill new requirements for EDIFACT-based data exchange procedures, and must comply with statutory deadlines.
- The change processes in measurements management system validates and verifies the plausibility of incoming messages automatically so as to reduce individual, time-consuming checking sequences.
- Employees are able to implement the required checking sequences using tasks and human work flows, approve the change from one company to another or reject it due to lack of or inadequate requirements, as well as exchange any information necessary for processing.
- The inubit process monitor visualizes the respective process and message status of the market data transferred.
- Reports provide an overview of the implemented change processes. A deadline monitor gives an overview using Gant charts.
