Innovations Strengthens Presence in Asia Pacific with Opening of Regional Headquarters in Singapore

Singapore, 02/25/2010 -

Innovations Software Technology, a member of the Bosch Group, announced today that its financial industry solutions and its platform, Visual Rules, will now be supported directly from its Singapore office. As the Asia Pacific headquarters, the Singapore office will also house research and development facilities – the first for the company outside of Germany. To support the growing business, the company will employ up to 80 associates within the next five years.

Innovations’ APAC growth will be lead by Mr Anuj Jain, Managing Director of Innovations Software Technology, Asia. Mr Jain brings to his role extensive experience in solutions consulting within the Finance industry in Asia Pacific.

Said Mr Jain, "The Asia Pacific region presents to Innovations a huge area for growth and opportunities. Our solutions are already seeing adoption by customers in Singapore, Korea and India. The operations in Singapore will be complemented by a strong partner network in Japan, Korea, China, India and Australia. This will enable Innovations to offer its growing list of global and regional customers the support they require no matter where they are located in the region."

Innovations was founded in 1997, with the introduction of its revolutionary rule technology, Visual Rules. The software, a Java-based business rules management system that graphically models business logic, has since grown to become an indispensable technology for its many clients.

A significant portion of Innovations' success is in software solutions for banks and insurance companies in the areas of Compliance Management, Credit Risk Rating and Customer Relationship Management. Presently, Innovations maintains the leadership position in the strategic financial centers of Switzerland, Liechtenstein as well as Germany and is also strongly growing in the United States of America. In September 2008, Innovations became a member of the Bosch Group.

"Bosch aims to combine Innovations' advanced software technology with Bosch's engineering know-how to further develop competencies in the area of networked systems and service-oriented software said Mr. Cem Peksaglam, President and Managing Director of Robert Bosch (Southeast Asia) Pte Ltd.
