Introduction to the Production Performance Manager (PPM-F102)

Description:

The training course “Introduction to Production Performance Manager” introduces the participants to the use cases, the handling and the administration of the Production Performance Manager. It is addressed to anyone who has none or little experience with the Production Performance Manager.

The Production Performance Manager is a production information and evaluation system. In near real time, it collects production and machine data, combines it to produce a visual representation, and communicates defined events to the production worker, who may be involved directly or indirectly.

The different use cases, the management as well as the administration of the Production Performance Manager are shown and practiced using examples.

  • Concepts of the Production Performance Manager
  • Usage of the monitoring features
  • Management of devices and device types
  • Configuration of views in the Production Performance Manager
  • Handling, following and configuring of Tickets in the Ticketmanager
  • User administration with the Bosch Identity Management

Duration:

1 day (9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Goals of training:

After this training course, participants will be able to use and configure the Production Performance Manager for visual evaluation of machine data and for assistance in maintenance processes of production machines.
