The following four process steps form the central pillars of our mobility solutions – through know-how and experience in each of these aspects, we can turn the entire process into more than the sum of its parts.
First, information such as mileage, location, or availability is read from vehicles, charging stations, or other “things” made by various manufacturers and transmitted to a shared interface.
This data is usually sent via wireless network at regular intervals to a customized platform provided by Bosch Software Innovations – hosted either on Bosch’s own server or a cloud service.
The information acquired is then evaluated in the backend, where it provides the basis for a wide variety of services.
Results from processing the information are then relayed back to the vehicles, charging stations, or other “things.” Thanks to this kind of solution, companies can for example roll out new functions or generate new added value with existing hardware.
